The following fees apply to all conference bookings:

“Early Bird”:  conference bookings – available until 3 June 2016

• All week:  £280
• *All week (students) £115
• Single day: £180
• *Single day (students) £80

Standard fees for conference bookings – applies from 4 June 2016

• All week:  £355
• *All week (students) £165
• Single day: £250
• *Single day (students) £120

*Students will be required to give evidence of current student status within 7 days of their booking.  Evidence should be emailed to .   PLEASE NOTE:  Student rates are intended for non-salaried students.   Delegates who are completing their PhD or other qualification while holding a salaried teaching post, will be expected to pay the full fee.

All fees include a year’s membership of DiGRA.  Existing members will have their membership extended by a further year.

Social events:

• DCA Private View reception – included in delegate fee
• Drinks and Dancing – Tuesday 2 August – £15 inc VAT (£10 for students)
• Launch of “Blind Arcade” – Wednesday 3 August –  free to attend
• Gala Dinner – Thursday 4 August – £96 inc VAT.
